If paying Monthly:  Rents and dues are due in advance of the month.  A late fee will be charged if invoiced payment is not received by the 10th of each month.
If paying quarterly:  Rents and dues are due in advance of the quarter.  A late fee will be charged if invoiced  payment is not received by the 10th of the first month of the quarter.
