Under CT Executive Order 7H (LINK), airports and transportation infrastructure may remain open. However please note the following:
Self Serve Fuel Sales (100LL - Ethanol Free) will continue. Please exercise appropriate caution handling surfaces such as the pump handle and keypad. Fuel may ONLY be dispensed into aircraft or approved portable containers. Fuel MAY NOT be dispensed into any other motor vehicle.
While the main building remains open during business hours for emergencies, public gatherings/general usage of the building is prohibited until such time public safety officials deem public gatherings safe.
Starting March 23 and lasting for at least 2 weeks, dual instruction at the flight school (Future Flyers of CT) is suspended. Aircraft rentals for qualified solo students and checked out pilots will remain available. Please contact Steve Smith at 860-819-3717 for all Flight School related inquiries.

Simsbury Airport is situated in the picturesque Connecticut foothills in north central Connecticut. It is operated by the non-profit Simsbury Flying Club which is dedicated to the preservation of this hometown airport for future generations. Available amenities include a flight school, 24/7 self-serve 100LL fuel, pilot lounge with WiFi, runway lighting and a maintenance operation capable of major/minor repairs.
